Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ChatBlink: what the service is, what coins are, what gets accounts removed, and the limits of what we promise.

The service you are agreeing to

ChatBlink provides one-on-one chat with strangers — text, voice and video — through your browser. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the honest answer is simple: do not use the site. These terms apply to guests and account holders alike; tapping into a chat is accepting them.

Who may use ChatBlink

You must be 18 or older to use ChatBlink — no exceptions, and we act on reports that suggest otherwise. You must also be legally allowed to use this kind of service where you live. One person, one presence: accounts are personal, not transferable, and you are responsible for what happens through yours.

Free to start, coins for more

Matching and your first chats are free — that is what “free to start” means, and we mean it literally. Longer sessions and extras run on coins, which you can buy in the site. Coins are a virtual good: they have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred between users, or exchanged back into money. Prices are shown before any purchase; there are no hidden charges and no subscription that renews silently.

What you may not do

The community guidelines spell out the conduct rules in full. The short list here: no illegal content or behavior, no harassment or hate, no sexual pressure on anyone, no scams or solicitation, no impersonation, no recording or distributing other users without their consent, and no attempting to reach minors through the service. Breaking these rules can end your access to ChatBlink without refund.

Moderation and enforcement

Reports are reviewed by a moderation team that works around the clock. Depending on severity, enforcement ranges from a warning to removal from the matching pool to a permanent ban. We do not have to warn before acting on serious violations. If you believe a decision about your account was wrong, you can appeal it by writing to [email protected] — a human reads those.

What we do not promise

ChatBlink is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a specific number of matches, or that every stranger you meet will be pleasant — randomness is the product, and it cuts both ways. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what other users say, show, or do. The controls that protect you — skip, block, report — are always one tap away, and using them early is part of using the service well.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the updated version is posted on this page with the date at the bottom, and continued use means acceptance. Material changes get a notice on the site, not just a quiet edit. Questions about the terms go to [email protected]. If what you actually wanted was to start a chat, the door is that way.
