How to reach the ChatBlink team: one address, what to include so we can help fast, and what to expect after you write.

The one address

Everything reaches us at [email protected]. Questions about the site, trouble with a chat, a problem with coins, a moderation appeal, a privacy request, press — it all starts at the same place. One inbox means nothing gets lost between departments, because there are no departments: the people reading your mail are the people who run ChatBlink.

What to include so we can help fast

Tell us what you were doing, what happened instead, and roughly when — with your timezone, because our crowd never sleeps. If the problem is technical, name your device and browser and mention whether you were on text, voice or video. If you made a purchase, include the receipt your payment provider emailed you. Screenshots help more than adjectives. What never to include: passwords, full card numbers, or anyone else’s personal details.

Reporting a person

The fastest way to act on a bad chat is the report button inside the chat itself — it reaches the moderation team around the clock, with the context attached automatically. Email is the right channel when the chat already ended and you have more to add: what happened, when, and anything that identifies the other side of the conversation. Safety reports jump the queue.

Appeals and privacy requests

If your account lost access and you believe the call was wrong, write with your account details and your version of events — a human reviews every appeal, and wrong calls get reversed. For privacy matters — a copy of your data, a deletion request — the same address works; say what you are asking for in the subject line and we will take it from there.

What email cannot fix

A few honest limits, so nobody waits on a reply that was never coming. We cannot un-say something you told a stranger — treat personal details as gone the moment you send them. We cannot identify another user from a vague description; the in-chat report carries the context email cannot reconstruct. And we cannot speed up a payment processor’s own timelines, though we can chase them for you. For everything else, write — a person answers.

What to expect after you write

We read everything, and most messages get a first reply within a couple of days — safety and payment issues faster. Some fixes take longer than the reply, and we will say so honestly rather than leave you refreshing an inbox. If your question is about how the site works, the help center answers most of them faster than we can type. And if you simply came to chat, the door is always open: start a chat.
